Refund policy

At AK Trend Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
